2. What data we process
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: your name, company, contact details and the content of your message.
When you visit the website: the technical data needed to display it (IP address, browser type, date and time), processed by the hosting provider.

Transfers of data outside the EU by Lovable are based on the EU standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards by email.
Our EU representative’s email service is provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited), which may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The website uses only two technical items that are strictly necessary for it to work and do not require consent: a technical cookie from the hosting provider (__dpl), needed to serve the website, and a temporary entry in your browser’s session storage that remembers your scroll position when you go back and is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or for its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, or for data portability, by writing to geral@frittas.co.ao or to our EU representative (see section 1).
